The dates for Kindergarten Pre-registration for Cullman County Schools have been set.
Parents/Guardians should provide the following at pre-registration:
· Certified Copy of Birth Certificate (Child must be 5 years old on or before September 2, 2007)
· Up-to-Date Blue Immunization Record
· Social Security Card
· Proof of residency in district (utility bill, lease, etc., which shows the physical address {house number and street name/number} where the child resides—No PO Boxes)
