Culinary Arts & Hospitality
This course is offered to students interested In pursuing careers
in food service and hospitality. Units of study include career
development, nutrition, safety, sanitation, food preparation, and
service. Classes include:

Culinary Arts and Hospitality -1 credit course
-
Advanced Culinary Arts and Hospitality -1 credit
-
Nutrition and Dietetics -1 credit course
-
Nutrition and Dietetics Careers -1 credit course
Students also have an opportunity to participate in written and
skill tests at Wallace State Community College. Depending on the
student's knowledge and skills the student could earn up to 6 hours
of college credit in Commercial Foods at Wallace.
