    Mr. Harbison attended Ocean Springs High School in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.  He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. degree.  He has taught for twenty-seven years and teaches  8th, 9th, and 11th grade English as well as 11th grade American History.
