The Science Team competes in many competitions:

                     County Science Bowl

                     Science Olympiad

                     Envirothon

We just competed in the State Envirothon, we won 1st place in Soils and 1st Place in Forestry.

Our Competition History:

                                

2000-2001             State Finalist in Envirobowl                                          

2001-2002             Won 1st place in Soil, Aquatics, and Complex Issue at                                                            State Envirothon

                                    Won 2nd place at Jacksonville Regional Envirobowl

                                                           

2002-2003         One Envirothon team won 1st place in Forestry at State                                                            Envirothon

                                 The other team won 1st place in Soil and 3rd place overall                                                    at State Envirothon

                                  Won 3rd place at Jacksonville Regional Envirobowl

                                  Science Team – won 1^st place in Cullman County

 

2003-2004         Science Team – won 2^nd place in Cullman County

                      Won 4^th place at the Jacksonville Regional Envirobowl

                      Science Olympiad Team – won 1^st place in Cell Biology                                    at the Jacksonville Regional

 

2004-2005    Won 1^st place in Forestry and Complex Issue,

                    3^rd place overall at State Envirothon Competition

 

2006-2007         Won 1st Place in Soil at State Envirothon

                                  Won 3rd place in Ecology at UAH Regional Science Olympiad

 

2007-2008         Won 3rd Place at the Cullman County Science Tournament.

                                 Won 1st Place in Soil and Forestry at State Envirothon.
