*Our reading story for the week of November 17th through November 21st is Pushing Up the Sky. Please read the story at home with your child.

Important Dates to Remember:

Nov. 25^th: Alabama/Auburn Day. You may wear a hat to school.

November 26^th-28^th: Thanksgiving

Holidays

December 5^th: Please send $4.00. This will cover pizza, drink, and snacks for the Christmas party. The money will also be used for Christmas ornaments.

December 12^th: Spelling Bee @ 8:15

December 17^th: Polar Express Day/Santa Hat Day. Wear pajamas and a Santa hat.

December 18^th: 1^st grade Christmas play at 9:00. School will dismiss at 1:00. “Christmas party”--Please send a $7.00-$8.00 wrapped gift for your

child to school on this day. More info later….

December 19^th: School dismisses at 1:00

December 22^nd –January 6^th: Christmas/New Year’s Break.
