Lanza is the Counselor at Hanceville Elementary, this is her first year as a school counselor.  She completed her Master's in Counseling Education at the University of West Alabama.  She previously worked at the UAB Center for Psychiatric Medicine in the Clinical Psychiatric Assessment.  She is married and has two daughters, ages 12 and 7.  Lanza's hobbies include reading, sewing, and spending time with her family.
