Student Investment Foundation  The Student Investment Foundation (SIF) is administered by a separate governing body, not part of the Cullman County Board of Education, made up of volunteers interested in improving the education of Cullman County students. Many of the Foundation members are Cullman County graduates and community leaders who want the beast for our students and the future leaders of our community.
