Technology Work Orders

All technology related items such as computers, software, network, and Internet which need repair or work completed should be submitted throught the technology department via the online work order form. It is greatly appreciated that instead of calling a technician that you instead fill out a work order for various reasons. These reasons include not forgetting about smaller tasks, prioritization, and as well as allowing other technicians access to all problems at all times. It is possible that even though you have a technician which spends part of the week at your school that another technician from the Central Office come to complete the work order. If you do not fill out a work order then you eliminate the opportunity for another technician to help out as well other create scheduling and priotization issues.

If you have completed a work order then you may check on it's status at any time via the online interface or by contacting a technician. The only information required is the work order number you were given when you filled out the form. If you have forgotten or lost your work order number then you will need to contact a technician so that we may find the work order for you.
