It is the mission of the West Point baseball program to develop productive young men regardless of ability level.  Each player will reach his full potential and master the objectives of this baseball team.

We will strive to maintain a balanced physical, mental, and spiritual mindset as we drive toward common expectations.  Play will be conducted in a positive and professional manner, while priority will be given to afforded academic opportunities.
