1865 Through the 1890s
Following the Civil War, the remainder of the Nineteenth Century is concerned with major events such as: Reconstruction, the Industrial Revolution, Imperialism, Immigration, Westward Expansion and other great challenges.

1800 Through the 1865
After the Revolution and the adoption of the U.S. Constitution we fought another war with England (1812), Mexico (1846-48) a Civil War (1861-1865). Lewis & Clark and others explored the West, Gold was discovered in California, and the population moved westward.
