West Point Middle School

 

 Important Dates to Remember:
March 11 - End of Nine Weeks
March 12- School Dismissed
March 18 - Report Cards Sent Home
March 23, 24, 29, and 30 SAT and ARMT (make sure to get a good night's sleep and eat a good breakfast!)

 

We will be out of school Friday March 12^th, but everyone will attend school on Monday March 15^th . 

There will be a Scholar's Bowl match between this year's Midle School team and Faculty on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.  Admission will be $1.

 

Middle School Baseball pictures are scheduled for Thursday March 11 at 1:00 P.M.

 

There will not be any ELL classes this week. 

 

Our Spring Chicken Fundraiser will begin on April 1, 2010.  This fundraiser helps fund everday operating costs for our school. 

 

Action for Christ is a new Bible Club that Peyton Palmer and Katie Martin are starting on Tuesday mornings at 7:30 A.M in the lunchroom.  Students helping other students. 

 

8th Grade Orientation will be Monday, March 29th at 6:00 pm at the high school gym.  All 8th graders need to attend to pre-register for high school next year.

"Cancer Awareness Day" has been tentatively set for Thursday, April 29.  More info to follow. (R. Kochik)
