The Cullman County Board of Education Transportation Department provides the safest, most efficient bus service for students to and from their zoned school. We also provide safe transportation for athletic and academic trips.

With 110 regular a.m. /p.m. routes, 14 vocational trips, 2 transition trips, 15 varying shuttle trips, 1 Alternative school trip and 2 Credit Recovery trips, Cullman County School buses transport approximately 5,500 students daily to and from schools. We have a fleet of 147 total school buses that transport students approximately 3,900 miles per day. 128 are regular route 72 passenger buses, 17 are Special Needs Buses and 2 are Mini buses.

The Cullman County Board of Education Transportation Department consistently ranks and receives yearly recognition by the Alabama State Department of Education Transportation Department for exemplary school bus inspections. Our fleet of 147 school buses are maintained by a staff of six state certified mechanics.
