In our ongoing effort to more efficiently support our Staff and Students in the challenging times of COVID-19 we are moving our Support Ticketing system from OTRS to a cloud based solution.

Starting 9-28-2020 the new support site will be active at MOJO.CCBOE.ORG for any new Technology based assistance requests for employees and students. A CCBOE Help Desk (MOJO) icon will be available in ClassLink for use as well. The Technology Department will continue working on any tickets that are still in the old system until they are resolved.

FAQ:

O’ Great another password!!!???

You can “Login with Google” if you prefer or if you are an employee or student of Cullman County schools you can set up ClassLink.  Just look for the app in Classlink. Choose “Skip” and then choose “Login with Google” and choose your CCBOE account.

DO I need a Mojo account?

Only if you are going to fill out a technology work order for district supported devices and/or software support.

Why are you changing over?

OTRS is older programming and it never was designed to support Home users or people outside of our system.  The new Mojo will allow our home/virtual users access and it will be more secure from the ground up.

What about my old Work Order?

The Technology Department will continue to work in both ticketing systems until the old tickets are completed or they are moved over to the new Mojo system.

Can I access my Tickets from my phone?

Yes, the app is available for iPhones and Android in their stores.  Search for “Mojo Helpdesk”.

How do I create a ticket?

Just go to https://mojo.ccboe.org.  Select the button that applies to your problem, “Hardware Support Ticket” or “Software Support Ticket”.  More information is located under each button.  When you create a ticket it will send you an email with a random generated password.

How do I check on the status of my tickets?

With Mojo you have the option of handling all tickets through your email account.  But if you have multiple tickets filled out you can log into your Mojo account that will allow you to see all your tickets and their status.  Just click the “3 bar button” in the upper right corner and then the “Log in to check your tickets” link.  This will take you to a screen that will ask you for your email address and password.  Your password was sent to you when you created your first ticket.

What if I forget my password?

You can just click the “Forgot?” link and you will be asked for your email address then you should receive an email with your new password.
