The Cullman County Commission on Education Science Fair is open to students who attend Cullman County Schools and are chosen by the local schools that are participating. The County Science Fair will be held at Wallace State Coliseum March 18 & 19.

Only committee members and judges will be allowed in the coliseum after 4:15 during judging. This year, there will be no public viewing. Projects must be picked up starting after noon on Thursday. All awards will be sent to the school. We will post all winners on the website. Thanks for your cooperation.

Every year, the elementary poster theme changes.  This year's theme is Great Inventions.  All information on the poster must be handwritten (no stencils, foam letters, etc). There will be winners from K-3 grades and an overall winner.

The project divisions are Elementary (4-5), Middle (6-8), & High (9-12). The projects will be placed in the following categories: Physical Science, Biological Science, Technology/Math and Earth & Space. Categories may be combined if there are not enough entries in those categories. Winners will be chosen from each category and an overall winner will be chosen from each division.

This scholarship cannot be stacked with another WSCC scholarship. Another high school student will be awarded a Future Foundation Scholarship from WSCC for one dual enrollment course in the Fall. There will also be a Summers Honor Scholarship awarded to a deserving student. These scholarships will be based on scholastic criteria from WSCC.
