Message from the Superintendent

There is no higher calling in life than the privilege of teaching young people and preparing them to make a positive impact on our society.  Having sent our two boys to the Cullman County School System, I can tell you from personal experience they could not have received a better education. Their lives were impacted by a wonderful group of professionals whose influence went far beyond textbooks. The lessons learned in and out of the classroom shaped them into the men they are today.

Our school system is committed to providing the highest quality of learning in a safe, positive environment.  Our students are challenged in a wide variety of ways to reach their full potential.  Our parents and communities are wonderfully supportive of our programs.  Our teachers, administrators and support personnel are caring individuals who have made young people a high priority in their lives.

We in Cullman County love our schools.  On behalf of our school system, thank you for the honor of working with a wonderful group of young people.  Please know we are committed to working each and every day to provide the highest quality of education for our students. This is your school system.  Cullman County has a rich history. Together, we can make our future even greater.

Thanks for visiting our website.  Check out our schools and the many activities we provide.  Be assured our doors are always open to you and our hearts are always open to your children.

Billy Coleman
