Interesting Fact: We moved from Alabaster to Holly Pond about two years ago, and absolutely love our new home and community!
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? I would go on a Holy Land tour.
What do you enjoy most about working in an elementary school? I love working with kids and seeing the “light bulb” turn on when they understand something they have been struggling with. I have worked in a lot of different grades, but I am seeing this so much more in Kindergarten. It makes all of the hard work worth it!

What do you enjoy most about working in a K-8 School? I enjoy that students get to interact with their teachers from childhood all the way through adolescence - these are formative years, and the stability of having familiar faces who have helped shape them through these years is so critical to their launch into high school.

Help us congratulate Wesley on his "Bronco Brag"! He saw a new kindergarten who was struggling to find their correct classroom yesterday morning and took initiative. He brought her to the office and made sure she found the right classroom. Great job being a leader Wesley! Keep it up!

Marissa completed the "All Together Now" Reading Challenge this summer. Marissa read 1,800 minutes during the challenge. Marissa had over 100 AR points here at Holly Pond last school year. Keep up the great reading!
