We're looking forward to welcoming students back to school for the second semester tomorrow morning. It is going to be very cold in the morning, so make sure your children are dressed accordingly, especially if they are outside waiting on a bus. We're watching the weather forecast for later this week, and of course, we will let you know if we need to adjust the school schedule.

We had such a great time with our middle school students at the first ever Middle School Student Expo. Students heard about the dangers of social media from Sgt. Jeff Lawson, had some time for fun and games, and a motivational message from Willie Spears.

We are so very proud of all of our students and sponsors as this event was a true showcase of innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving at its best!

In celebration of earning an "A" on the state report card, Dr. Barnette recorded an announcement which was played for all students congratulating them on their hard work. There was also a surprise... cupcakes for all students prepared by our lunchrooms! Students were excited!
Today, Fairview High School proudly honored the extraordinary legacy of their former principal of 25 years, Keith E. Pattillo, with a heartfelt commemoration service. Recognizing his unwavering dedication and profound contributions, their auditorium was officially renamed The Keith E. Pattillo Auditorium. Former students, colleagues, and community leaders shared moving stories, celebrating Mr. Pattillo’s exceptional generosity, leadership, character, and selflessness. Every tribute beautifully reflected his lasting impact on countless lives, their school, and the Fairview community. It was indeed a memorable and special day for Fairview High School!
